How to request your medical records
Please email our Health Information Management department (HIM) at him@bettyhardwick.org to request a copy of the records you may need. They will send you a consent form to complete, sign and return via email along with a copy of your valid driver’s license/ID.
How to make a payment
You can make a payment on your account through website SecurePay. You can do this by clicking the link (www.securebillpay.net/BettyHardwickCenter). The link can also be found on our website underneath the “Home” tab near the top of the page.

Do you know who your case manager is?
You can call 325-690-5100 during normal business hours, Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The auto attendant will enable you to choose the program you receive services in –
- For Adult Mental Health Services, press 3
- For Child or Adolescent Mental Health Services, press 4
- For Early Childhood Intervention Services, press 5
- For Intellectual and Developmental Disability Services, press 6
After selecting, follow the prompts to reach someone who can help you get in touch with your assigned case manager. At any time you can press 9 to return to the main menu, or 0 for assistance.
