Our randomly selected Employee Spotlight for the month of July is… Denise Mosley

All About Denise
Denise works as an Admin Assistant for Adult MH and has been with the Center May 2013.  She and her husband Charles three children, as well as two dogs, one cat, and two guinea pigs.  Denise is one of seven children – she has three brothers and three sisters!  She was born in Fayetteville, NC and it was her childhood dream to be a prosecuting attorney, CPS worker, or to work with special needs children.  Her nickname “Big Red” was given to her by military friends on deployments, and it just stuck.  In her spare time, Denise enjoys spending time with her family.

“Do you consider yourself a morning person or night owl?”  A little of both.  I don’t like getting out of bed, but once I do, I’m in a great mood.  On weekends, I can stay up until 2 or 3 a.m. watching movies.

“Favorite vacation spot?”  I was stationed in Italy from 1991 to 1995 and loved it
“Place you would love to visit?”  Hawaii
“Favorite car?”  1965 Ford Mustang convertible or 1965 VW Bug convertible
“Do you have any phobias?”  Spiders.  I didn’t like them before, but on a deployment I saw a camel spider and that just nailed it for me.
“Do you have a favorite quote?”  Yes.  Live life with no regrets, because in the end you are all you have.
“What are your pet peeves?”  Stupidity, excuses, and people using the past as a crutch.
