Mental Health Program Administrator
This position performs highly advanced program administration work in the Behavioral Health Service Division, including Adult & Child Admissions Services, Adult Counseling, Clinical Supervision, Hospital and Aftercare. This position administers and monitors contract services and utilization for Crisis Hotline, Respite, and contracted Psychiatric Hospitals. This position serves on a rotating schedule as a Crisis On-Call Supervisor consulting with On-Call workers. This position is also responsible for following all funding source standards related to services provision. Services are provided at both Center owned sites, community, and via telecommunication. While this position will report to the Chief Clinical Officer, this position is expected to work under general direction with extensive latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
Master’s Degree and Clinical Licensure required. License to provide clinical supervision preferred. Experience and education may be substituted for one another. The qualified candidate will have excellent communication and problem resolution skills, demonstrated effectiveness in working with and leading teams, and will be proficient in using office software (word, excel, power point, etc..).
