This position is responsible for a variety of administrative activities in support of the Quality Management and Utilization Management departments. As part of the Quality Management department, this position may assist with analysis of Care Coordination using Cerner/Anasazi, Business Objects, CMBHS, SPARS, reports for compliance and quality assurance. Assist with Coordination of consumer, family and staff surveys and develop reports. The Data Analyst will be required to assist with successfully submit and or track CCBHC reporting and measures. Assist with Center Encounter Data on a monthly basis for MH, IDD & ECI. Assist with monitoring and updating the electronic health records. Monitor data related to staff productivity and providing status reports quarterly. This position will report to the Chief Administrative Officer.
Bachelor’s Degree is required, Master’s Degree is preferred.
Some experience in a direct care of persons with a serious mental illness and/or children and adolescents with serious emotional disturbances, preferred,
Critical thinking skills.
Must be proficient in MS Excel skills, and competency in MS Access, MS Power Point and MS Word.
Must possess a Texas Driver’s license and be an insurable driver.
