This position is responsible for a variety of administrative activities in support of the Quality Management and Utilization Management departments. As part of the Quality Management department, this position may assist with analysis of Care Coordination using Netsmart MyAvatar, Business Objects, CMBHS, SPARS, reports for compliance and quality assurance. This position will be required to develop SQL reports and do data analysis using a variety Dashboard, i.e. Power BI or Tableau. The Data Analyst will be required to assist with successfully submitting and or track CCBHC reporting and measures. Assist with Center Encounter Data monthly for MH, IDD & ECI. Assist with monitoring and updating electronic health records. Monitor data related to staff productivity and providing status reports quarterly. This position will report to the Chief Administrative Officer.

Bachelor’s Degree is required, Master’s Degree is preferred.
Some experience in a direct care of persons with a serious mental illness and/or children and adolescents with serious emotional disturbances, preferred.
Critical thinking skills.
Must have strong MS Excel skills, and competency in MS Access, MS Power Point and MS Word.
Must have SQL experience and preferably Power Bi.
Must possess a Texas Driver’s license and be an insurable driver.
